Consider pumpkin pie, a slice of a pumpkin log, and a bowl of bread pudding. With just one helping of all three, you’re looking at 1,172 calories. That translates into an overwhelming 5 hours and 10 minutes of weightlifting for women and 4 hours 22 minutes for men.
