McDonald's Announces New Improvements To Its Burgers

Although there are few burgers that are as iconic as McDonald’s, nothing is beyond improvement. According to a statement from the fast food chain, they’ve been making some improvements to their Big Mac, McDouble and classic Cheeseburger. Included in the improvements are softer, pillowy buns that are freshly toasted to a golden brown, perfectly melted cheese, a more caramelized flavor from adding white onions to the patties while they’re on the grill, and adding even more Big Mac sauce to the burgers. If you’re eager to sink your teeth into the new and improved burgers, you’ll need to live in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Boise or Tucson — at least for now. McDonald's said all U.S. restaurants will have the improved burgers by 2024.
