Stevie Wonder’s LA Mansion Hits the Market for $15 Million

A stunning Los Angeles mansion once owned by musical icon Stevie Wonder has hit the market for an eye-watering $15 million. The 74-year-old Grammy-winning singer secretly purchased the 3-acre property for $2.85 million in 2000 as a surprise romantic gesture for his then-wife, fashion designer Kai Milla-Morris. Wonder moved out following their divorce in 2012, and now he’s selling the 6-bedroom Mediterranean-style mansion for a whopping 426% increase over his original investment. Wonder decided after his children, now aged 19 and 23, grew up to remodel key areas of the residence, including the primary suite and the kitchen. For those who can’t afford the $15 million asking price, the property is also available as a rental for a mind-blowing $65,000 a month.
