Holstein Uses Drive-Thru at Tim Hortons and Turns Heads In Alberta Town

In the central Alberta community of Sylvan Lake, at least one bovine appears to be happy to hit the streets in exchange for a donut from Tim Hortons — no bull. His name is Magnum, and the sweet-toothed steer has become an increasingly common sight in town. The horned Holstein recently turned heads at the local Tim Hortons drive-thru, trotting up to the menu screen and gently tapping the order button with his nose, before accepting a box of bite-sized donuts — much to the delight of the servers inside. Kelly Landry, who owns the gentle giant, said she uses a horse mantle on Magnum and explained that he really acts like a dog. Kelly said she likes to go to Tim Hortons, so one day she decided to ride Magnum there. After that, the trip became a weekly affair. Needless to say, the pair turn heads whenever they decide to stop in for some coffee and donuts.
