Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace is no stranger to plastic surgery. At the age of 37, she had already been working with her brother Gianni for nearly 20 years and was juggling her job with raising 2 children. Three months after Gianna was shot and killed on the doorstep of his Miami mansion, Donatella attended the VH1 Fashion Awards with a fresh-faced look that made her look younger than her 42 years. In 1998, she was at the helm of the Versace empire, proving she has brains as well as beauty. Even then, she didn’t look like she’d had any professional work done. By 2002, after having been divorced for 2 years, she appeared to have had fillers added. Just 3 years later, Donatella finally admitted to having Botox. In 2011, her skin appeared to have a papery texture, while her overly-defined lips and cheeks proved she continued to use filler. Then, in 2014, there was no denying the fashion queen had been “under the knife.” Her looks had drastically changed, and not for the better. Now, the 69-year-old, looked almost unrecognizable as she appeared at the premiere of The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical in London (above). This time, it looks like she has finally gotten her money’s worth. As one commenter on social media said, “If you have the money, you can buy youth.”
