Stefan Jankovic, from Serbia, recently shared two video clips on social media of his terrifying experience climbing into a bear’s den and then having the bear suddenly show up. The 31-year-old narrowly managed to escape the predator’s home, panicking in one piece of footage while cowering in the depths of a muddy cave. Jankovic continues to film the tense moment the carnivore begins climbing into the cave and towards him. While he manages to squeeze by the bear and extract himself from the den, the second part of the video shows Jankovic up a tree, with two curious bears clawing at the tree. Commenters on social media gave their opinions, including: “It looks like he got out alive, but next time nature will do its part,” and “If not fake, he’s incredibly lucky not to have been torn into pieces.”
