Built in 1992, the 11,000-square-foot property was formerly the Wilkinson High School gym in Indianapolis. The house was originally put up for sale in 2022 and purchased for $300,000 by a couple who then proceeded to renovate the space. It is now a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house spanning across 3.6 acres. From the outside, the house still looks like a high school, but the inside has been extensively modernized.
