Turn a Single Peach Into an Air Fried Cobbler for One



Peaches are at their peak right now, which makes some people think about peach cobbler. With temperatures across the nation soaring into the triple-digit range, the last thing you might want to do is turn on your oven to bake a peach cobbler. Not to worry — you won’t need an oven for this recipe. All you need is a single peach, a few pantry staples, some Bisquick mix, and your handy dandy air fryer. Here’s the recipe for the Easy Air Fried Peach Cobbler For One: 

 

Ingredients 

  • * 1 peach 
  • * 1 tbsp brown sugar 
  • * ¼ tsp almond extract (optional) 
  • * 1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces 

Topping 

  • * 3 tbsp Bisquick baking mix 
  • * 1 tbsp brown sugar 
  • * ⅛ tsp salt 
  • * ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • * 2 tbsp + 2 tsp milk (any kind) 

Directions 

  • * Toss the peaches with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, then dot with the small pieces of butter. 
  • * Mix all of the batter ingredients together and pour over the peaches. 
  • * Cook in an air fryer heated to 325℉ for 15 minutes or so, until the top is a dark golden brown and the juices bubble around the edges. 
  • * Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with your finest vanilla ice cream.
