Oregon Cabin Owners Named America’s Best Airbnb Hosts

An Oregon couple with a gorgeous riverside cabin overlooking the water has been named America’s most welcoming Airbnb hosts. Cyndi and Tim Hill have 416 5-star reviews for their Slayton rental located on the Santiam River and have received 100% satisfaction in every category. Tim is a realtor and Cyndi works for Keizer School District, but they started renting out the cabin on the side in 2017. The cabin, which runs $112 a night, is currently fully booked until December. Their luxury cabin accommodates two adults and provides a private entrance, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, and a luxury spa bathroom with a rain shower. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker with assorted pods and creamers, a microwave, and complimentary snacks and bottled water. Aside from the accommodations, the Hills are said to be kind and welcoming and provide the ultimate in privacy, going above and beyond to make their guests’ stay incredible. As a bonus, the couple also provides art projects at the Artsy Fartsy Studio attached to the cabin, where guests can let their creativity run wild. Guests all agree that the couple has thought of every detail to make their cabin unique, cozy, and high quality.
