Forever 21 — a fashion store known for its low prices and hip clothing — came under fire last week when customers noticed that the company was sending diet bars with their plus-size orders. The controversy started on social media, when customers began posting images of their orders with the Atkins low-calorie diet bars in the packaging. It appears that only customers ordering larger sizes were sent the diet bars. Forever 21 issued a statement saying that from time to time they surprise customers with free test products from their parties and that’s what the Atkins bar were. They are no longer being sent out.
