New Food Products Introduced

The introduction of a new food product is a complex endeavor that requires careful planning, thorough market research, and a solid understanding of consumer behavior. It's more than just creating a delicious recipe; it's about identifying a gap in the market, developing a compelling product, and effectively communicating its value to potential buyers. Here are some of the latest introductions.

Taco Bell’s Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empanadas are officially back in rotation, and this time they’re pulling up as a duo. For $2.99, you get two warm, crispy empanadas: one filled with salted caramel in a classic crust, the other wrapped in a chocolatey shell stuffed with rich fudge. Starting March 19, the empanadas will join Taco Bell’s Luxe Value Menu for a limited run.

M&M’s just turned classic bakery desserts into three new candy flavors as part of the brand’s bakery collection—and there’s a twist—only one survives. For now, they’re available nationwide in single or share size and come in three flavors. M&M’S Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll has warm cinnamon roll notes paired with creamy peanut butter. M&M’s Cherry Chocolate Cupcake is rich chocolate cake flavored with a hint of tart cherry. M&M’s Lemon Meringue Pie brings a bright citrus flavor combined with smooth white chocolate, and a crispy center offers a fresh take on classic lemon meringue pie.

Johnsonville is gearing up for grill season with an unexpected new ingredient: Dr. Pepper. The two brands have teamed for the launch of Johnsonville Dr. Pepper Inspired Sausage. The end result is a sausage with swalty (sweet and salty) finish.

Move over Cinnamon Tic Tacs, there’s a new spiced flavor in town. Tic Tac has teamed up with Dr. Pepper for one of the most unexpected pairings of 2026 and we’re totally here for it. The new limited-time fusion blends Tic Tac’s iconic minty freshness with Dr. Pepper’s 23 secret ingredients to deliver a flavor both refreshing and satisfyingly sweet. The only thing they’re missing is a jolt of caffeine.
