Ingredients:
- • 1 6-oz package chicken stuffing mix
- • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- • 1 10¾-oz can condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
- • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- • Preheat oven to 350º F.
- • Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1½ cups water.
- • In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli and soup.
- • Transfer mixture to a greased 11X7 baking dish.
- • Top with stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.
- • Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
- • Uncover dish and bake another 10-15 minutes longer.
