"The View" Cast Fear They May Be Next On the Chopping Block

Panic has set in at The View amid Jimmy Kimmel’s show being taken off the air at ABC, with the cast fearful for the future of their jobs. FCC chair Brendan Carr, whose threats to revoke ABC affiliate licenses led to Kimmel’s show being pulled off the air, said The View could be next. Presenters Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin made no reference to ABC’s decision to pull Jimmy Kimmel Live! over his comments about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Instead, they focused their attention on ousted CDC Director Susan Monarez's testimony about RFK Jr, which led viewers to speculate that they had been given marching orders from ABC executives. Insiders say the FCC is coming after ABC, resulting in panic across the board. Production staffers at The View are so worried about the future that many have already packed up their personal belongings. As for viewers, most are commenting on social media that they’re surprised The View has remained on the air so long.
