Mark Zuckerberg sues Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg (above left), a bankruptcy attorney from Indiana, has filed a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg (above right), CEO of Meta, the parent company of Facebook. The attorney, who uses a commercial Facebook page to advertise his legal practice and communicate with potential clients, has had his page disabled 5 times in the last 8 years. It turns out that Meta’s moderation system flags the attorney’s Facebook account as falsely impersonating Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of the platform. The attorney is not impersonating the Facebook founder because he, too, is Mark Zuckerberg. In his legal complaint, the attorney points out that he’s been practicing law since the Facebook founder was 3 years old. The attorney has spent over $11,000 to advertise his page on Facebook, and when his account is disabled he still has to pay for the advertisements. In addition, he can’t use his name when making reservations or conducting business, because people assume he’s a prank caller and hang up. The attorney said he doesn’t wish the other Mark Zuckerberg any ill will, but he wants his Facebook page and his life back.
