When Daniella Hines went to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Riverview, Fla., to deliver her baby (above right), she never dreamed he would weigh twice the size of the average newborn. The 40-year-old welcomed her son Annan, who weighed in at a whopping 13 pounds 15 ounces, breaking a hospital record. In fact, Hines joked that she was nicknaming him “Sumo.” At just 8 days old, Annan was already wearing clothing designed for a 9-month old. The baby is the second of Daniella and Andre Hines’ children, with their first, Andre, Jr., weighing 12 pounds 11 ounces at birth. Daniella stands 6 feet tall, while her husband is 6’2”, so she assumed her baby would be a little bigger — just not THAT big. In case you’re wondering, yes……Daniella had a C-Section.
