Whether you’re cooking for picky eaters or feeding a crowd, this recipe proves you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to enjoy pizza night.

Servings: 8

Ingredients:
  • • 1 8-oz tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cut a block of mozzarella into sticks)
  • • 24 slices of pepperoni (3 per croissant)
  • • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • • Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:
  • • Preheat oven to 375º F.
  • • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • • Separate dough into 8 triangles along the perforated lines and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  • • On the wide end of each triangle, lay down three slices of pepperoni and 1 mozzarella stick.
  • • Starting from the wide end, gently roll each crescent toward the pointed tip, tucking in the sides so the cheese stays sealed inside.
  • • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the croissants.
  • • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • • Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • • Serve warm, with our without dipping sauce.

Storage and Reheating:
  • • Store left over croissants in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • • To reheat, pop them in a 350º F oven, toaster or air fryer for 5-7 minutes until warmed through and crisp.
  • • You can freeze the croissants fully baked or assemble and freeze them unbaked. To freeze unbaked, place the assembled croissants on a baking sheet until frozen solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe container. Baked croissants can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  • • To reheat from frozen, place croissants on a greased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes in a 350º F oven.
