Ingredients:

PEACH FILLING:
  • • 5 cups sliced peaches (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • • ¼ cup sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1 tsp nutmeg

CAKE TOPPING:
  • • 1½ cups self-rising flour
  • • 1 cup sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • • 1 tsp salt
  • • 1½ cups milk
  • • 1 stick (½ cup) melted butter

Directions:
  • • In a bowl, lightly toss the peach slices with the sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  • • In a separate bowl, mix together the self-rising flour, sugar, salt, and milk. Try to avoid any lumps.
  • • In the crockpot, add the butter and spread evenly.
  • • Add the coated peach slices and evenly spread the cake batter mix over the top.
  • • Cook on low for 4 hours or until the cobbler is cooked in the middle.
  • • Top with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy.
