Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has left fans divided after she chowed down on a controversial dish: pasta covered in chocolate. Conceding that it’s not the sexiest of dishes, the Italian star declared that “nothing is more comforting.” To make the dish, simply pour some noodles into a pot of boiling water. Once the pasta is cooked and strained, pour it into a bowl, drizzle some Nutella or similar chocolate over it and mix it all together. As a finishing touch, De Laurentiis says she grates some Italian chocolate over top of the dish. “It’s like your Parmesan cheese,” she said. Needless to say, the dish didn’t appeal to everyone, as many fans were divided over the interesting dish. One commenter called it “a bridge too far,” while another said, “Giada…..I love you……but no.”
