Police officers in Durango, Colo., were surprised when a 911 caller reported that a baby kangaroo wearing a diaper was wandering around a local street. When officers arrived, they discovered the caller was right — there was a baby kangaroo in a diaper hopping down the street. The chase was short lived, and the kangaroo was quickly caught without incident. The diaper indicated to the officers that the animal was likely an exotic pet, and it wasn't long before the owner tracked down his escaped kangaroo. The police returned the kangaroo to its owner safe and sound. “Who knew kangaroo wrangling was part of the job?”, a police department Facebook post read. “No roos were harmed in the filming of this video."
