An Amazon user recently took to social media to warn others about the online retailer’s new return policy. Tatianna Diaz explained how her account was hit with a list of precautions before she made it to the return process page. Now, if you want to return an item, you have to agree to Amazon’s new terms before you can even go through the return process. The warning shown below reveals that you may not even receive a refund.
If the item returned passes Amazon’s rigid inspection, it can be returned within 30 days. Some third-party sellers and perishable products aren’t included in the policy, which has been in place for years. Diaz says she thinks they’re treating their customers dirty and won’t use their service in the future.
