A
sprawling Beverly Hills house that once belonged to pop icon Cher has
hit the market for $4 million. The single-family home, nestled in the
prestigious enclave features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The asking
price is double what was paid in 2019 when the current seller purchased
the property from the 77-year-old singer. Surrounded by massive mountain
views, the home spans more than 3,000 square feet and is described as a
“meticulously remodeled artist’s retreat with an exquisite blend of
privacy, refinement and rustic English charm." The gated property is
discreetly situated at the end of a secluded, private road, surrounded
by lush greenery. Cher is not the first celebrity to call the residence
home. Modern Family actor Ed O’Neill and his wife, actress Catherine Rusoff, were the previous owners.
