Customers of the chicken sandwich restaurant wait an average of 7 minutes for their order, according to a new study. By comparison, Taco Bell came out as the fastest service, with motorists waiting just 4 minutes for their food. The report analyzed the time it took for a customer to be served and how long they were then left waiting for their food. Mystery shoppers visited each restaurant 25 times. This makes the third consecutive year Taco Bell has ranked as the speediest service. Their success was partially attributed to their new “Go Mobile” concept, which allows drive-thru customers to order food on the Taco Bell app. As for customer service, Chick-fil-A received the best customer service rating, while Burger King ranked the worst.
