Oreo has a sweet treat for gluten free fans coming in January. To kick off the new year, grocery aisles will be stocked with new gluten-free mint chocolate sandwich cookies. Gluten-free Mint Oreos will be a permanent addition to the cookie brand’s portfolio and will be available wherever Oreo cookies are sold. Prior to the latest offering, the only gluten-free Oreos available were the regular and “Double Stuf” cookies. All of the versions are made with real cocoa and a blend of gluten-free flour. Those who have sampled the regular gluten-free Oreos say they couldn’t tell the difference in the gluten-free and the original varieties, so the same is expected with the gluten-free Mint Oreos.
