A 15-year-old Chihuahua named Rowdy has one simple rule: If Mom isn’t holding him, he’ll let everyone know he’s not happy about it. The vocal senior pup would bark nonstop whenever she put him down, making it nearly impossible for her to get anything done. Feeling like she had tried everything, Mom came up with an idea that was equal parts ridiculous and brilliant: She dressed up a life-sized skeleton and positioned it to “hold” Rowdy whenever she was busy.
