As part of its ongoing effort to improve the customer experience, Burger King has announced two new initiatives: Your Way Champions and the Whopper Guarantee. The Your Way Champion is a new restaurant manager role dedicated to ensuring that guests have a positive in-store experience. Wearing a designated uniform, these managers will greet customers as they enter, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help ensure orders are prepared accurately. Burger King is also launching the Whopper Guarantee, which allows customers to request a replacement if their Whopper doesn’t meet their expectations. To support the new guarantee, Whopper packaging will soon feature a QR code that generates a unique 6-digit redemption code. Customers can use that code to claim a free replacement Whopper on their next visit. Burger King says the QR codes will begin appearing on Whopper packaging later this month.
