The 3 Words Disney Employees Aren’t Allowed to Say

Disney isn’t “the happiest place on earth” by accident. Behind all of the magic, there are tens of thousands of employees who make it all possible. In fact, in Disney World alone, there are 62,000 workers. With that many employees, there needs to be some guidelines. That’s especially true for the employees who dress up as Disney characters. No matter what, Disney cast members are never, ever allowed to say these three words: “I don’t know.” If a guest asks a question, you always have to have the answer, no exceptions. If you don’t know, find out, but don’t say you don’t know. If it’s a silly question, make up a silly answer. That’s not the only secret that has leaked out of Disney. There’s also a hotel suite hidden inside Cinderella’s Castle and a very exclusive restaurant in Disneyland with a 14-year waiting list.
