Not Your Average Home Invasion: Woman Finds Daughter’s Bedroom Ceiling Covered In Spiders

Horrifying pictures show an army of unwanted visitors in a little girl's bedroom, after her terrified mother made the alarming discovery of a platoon of spiders. The swarm of leggy spiders was seen crawling out of a roof crack and down the white walls of the home in Sydney, Australia. Male and female huntsman spiders have a long and peaceful courtship that includes caressing one another. The mother lays a sac of silk with about 200 eggs and will stay with her babies for weeks to protect them as they grow by molting their skin. Unfortunately, huntsman spiders are known to inflict severe bites that result in swelling, nausea, headache, vomiting, irregular heart rate, and unpredictable infections.
