Einstein Bros. Just Created Bagels Made Entirely Of Eggs

Einstein Bros. Bagels has invented Sous Vide Eggels to meet the needs of its gluten-free customers. The gluten-free “bagels” are made of cage-free eggs and are bagel-shaped. They come in two flavors:

  • Three Meat and Cheese – Made with all-natural nitrate-free bacon, turkey sausage and uncured ham, paired with white cheddar cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Veggie Egg White – A vegetarian option featuring bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, portobello mushrooms and spinach with Asiago cheese.

Using the sous vide method of cooking the Eggels keeps the eggs light and fluffy. They may be gluten-free, but those who have sampled them say they’re just as satisfying as a fresh-basked bagel. You can pick up an Eggel for $4.59.
