Kelly Osbourne Reveals How She Lost 85 Pounds

There’s no question that this year has been a tough one for most people, but television personality Kelly Osbourne vowed that this year would be “the year of me.” While you would imagine that weight loss would be at the top of the list, it was actually emotions that she focused on. She realized for the first time in her life that she had allowed herself to be put in situations that made her feel uncomfortable for fear of upsetting other people. That’s when she decided to stop letting other people dictate her life and go in a different direction. Of course, that direction also included getting in shape. She hired a personal trainer and began focusing on strength training and cardio. Needless to say, it wasn’t long before she realized that her food plan had to compliment her physical training, so she turned her back on foods that had no benefit. As a result of diet and exercise, Kelly has now lost 85 pounds and is nearly unrecognizable.
